Arthritis is a condition that affects your joints, causing pain while walking or doing any other actions that involve the joints. This is very uncomfortable and painful since we tend to move daily. Among the arthritis symptoms are swelling, pain, stiffness and decreased range of motion. There are two types of arthritis: Degenerative arthritis or Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis.

I know that sometimes you just want to relax in the bed and watch TV, but even in such days, you should force yourself and exercise, at least, 30 minutes. You should combine the aerobic exercises with strengthening exercises and, why not, aquatic exercises. Aerobic exercises will improve the health of your heart and lungs. These exercises reduce fatigue and build stamina. Some aerobic exercises are walking, jogging, bicycling, swimming or using the elliptical machine. Strengthening exercises help you build muscles and muscles support and protect joints that are affected by arthritis. Aquatic exercises workout your entire body, strengthening it from head to toes. Regular aquatic exercise can help relieve pain and improve daily function in people with hip and knee Osteoarthritis. Keep moving, this way you will lose weight, if you have any, build muscles that will protect your joints and relieve pain.
2. Massage to Cure Arthritis:
Massage is not just relaxing, but also a cure for arthritis. Actually, you can prevent and combat many other affections with the help of massage, like reducing cellulite, improve your posture, fix the spine. It was proven that regular massage of muscles and joints, whether performed by a therapist, at a spa or by yourself at home, can reduce the pain of people with arthritis. People with arthritis and who receive, at least, two massages per week said that the joint pain reduced and the range of motion improved.
